What to expect.

Redeemer Arlington acts out the Gospel story each week through rich, historically rooted liturgy that begins with God’s call to us, His people. Through this, we enter into the greatest drama and become formed in its rhythms. We will sing, confess, proclaim, read, pray, hear, give, eat, and be sent out as we participate in the Story that God has fashioned as He uses it to fashion us. We’ll stand, bend our knees, raise our palms, and lift our eyes as we join together to worship Christ, our Redeemer.

+ What to wear?

You'll find both very few ties and very few shorts in our gathering, but feel free to come as you feel comfortable. In truth, it's about gathering together - and there's no uniform for that.

+ What about kids?

Redeemer Arlington provides nursery care for children up to age 2, and there are children's Sunday School classes during the service for children up to 5th grade. We encourage children in the worship service as soon as you are comfortable as a family to do so!

+ How does communion work?

Weekly Communion is a major part of each Lord's Day service. You'll find during this element that each family or row is ushered to a station with bread and wine where we will partake of the elements together with an Elder or Pastor. NOTE: During COVID-19 posture, this is subject to change.
